This year, we are feeling nostalgic about the first time we handed out turkeys to our employees. It was a gesture of appreciation and a way to ensure a happy holiday season for all.

Even as we’ve grown, this sentiment has stayed close at heart. We continue the tradition today and acknowledge our employees’ hard work with a turkey to take home for the holidays. Whether active or retired, employees at ArcelorMittal Shelby receive a turkey as a gesture of our appreciation, and this year is no exception.

This month, we celebrate the season of giving by handing out over 1,200 turkeys to our workforce. While we hope our gift allows families to gather around for a meal and celebrate a joyous holiday together, we offer the gift to show appreciation to those who worked hard to get us here and those whose work will take us into the future. To all, we send warm wishes and good tidings.

Also, be assured, we will not waste a single turkey. True to our values, we will demonstrate leadership, sustainability, and quality with our actions in all we do. For any leftover turkeys, ArcelorMittal Shelby will donate to charities in need.

As we journey out of the past and look forward to the future, we are excited by the chance to include new employees into our longstanding tradition next year.
