Every year, we go big. We set aside a day to treat the entire team to an outing. “The team and their families truly love this day,” says Chellie Lamb, Supervisor of Human Resources at ArcelorMittal. “Every year, the reports come in about how much fun people have, just enjoying a day out on us. We typically buy their tickets, and sometimes spring for lunch, too. It’s definitely a day everyone looks forward to.”

These outings are important to ArcelorMittal, too.

“It’s one of our highest priorities,” Chellie reports. “We know how hard our team works throughout the year. This is just one way we are committed to showing them that ArcelorMittal cares, and that we appreciate the hard work and loyalty our employees give, day in and day out. It doesn’t go unnoticed.”
